About the Author - Ilana Rozenberg

Ilana Rozenberg is an Australian Mindset Coach and Author of personal development programs and books. She is a mother of 3 and is in a loving relationship with her life partner, Michael.

Ilana’s mission is to improve the world through her writings, online education programs and personal coaching by expanding people's minds to better understand themselves, others and the world around them.

Born in the former Soviet Union, Ilana lived the first 8 years of her life in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, before migrating to Israel in 1990. She spent twelve years in Israel, served in the Israeli Army and migrated to Australia in 2001.

Ilana completed a Bachelor of Business with a major in Human Resources Management and spent a decade in the corporate world, helping improve people’s working experiences through innovative Human Resources and well-being initiatives.

After having her second child, Ilana decided to take a career change to follow her passion to empower people. She studied psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Clinical Hypnotherapy and opened a private Life Coaching practice in Melbourne in 2011.

Since then, she’s been enjoying her professional path, helping people on their personal development journey and inspiring them to have more loving relationships, starting with themselves.

Drawing from her personal experiences, including navigating divorce, recovering from a narcissistic relationship, and finding love in a long-distance relationship, Ilana brings a unique perspective to her coaching. Her own journey of resilience and transformation has fueled her passion for empowering others to overcome challenges and create positive change in their lives.
