Ilana’s mission is to improve the world through her writings, online education programs and personal coaching by expanding people's minds to better understand themselves, others and the world around them.
Based in Australia, Ilana creates personal development programs and books rooted in her own journey of resilience and exploration of psychology, neuroscience and spirituality.
Born in the former Soviet Union, Ilana spent her formative years in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, before migrating to Israel in 1990. After twelve years in Israel, she made Australia her home in 2001.
Her professional journey includes a Bachelor of Business with a major in Human Resources Management, followed by a decade in the corporate sector where she focused on enhancing employee experiences through innovative HR and well-being initiatives.
Driven by a profound desire to empower others, Ilana transitioned from the corporate world to pursue in-depth studies in psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and Clinical Hypnotherapy. This pivotal shift led her to establish a private Life Coaching practice in Melbourne in 2011. Since then, she has passionately guided individuals on their personal development journeys, inspiring them to cultivate more loving relationships, starting with themselves.
Ilana’s coaching is formed by her personal experiences, including navigating divorce, recovering from abuse, and building love in a long-distance relationship. Her own resilience and transformative growth fuel her commitment to empowering others to overcome obstacles and create lasting positive change in their lives.
